What are Flyer Points and how do they work?
Flyer Points are the currency that can be used to get items in our Store. They can be obtained through donations, events, and contests. For more detailed information about the process. Visit our Store page.
Is the PVP server a "Pay to Win" server?
We analyze every item that is added to the store. We do not offer ascendant quality items, C4, or blueprints. We strive to be more of a "Pay to Defend" type model. Sadly, we have tried to run servers in the past with no donation incentives and they have failed. Our current model helps to keep our servers funded and open for years to come!
When do you wipe the servers and why?
We do not have a wipe planned for our servers. Wipes typically happen when the majority of our community calls for them or donations fail to cover costs.
How do I get a coupon code?
Coupon codes are obtained primarily through winning events and contests. Join our Discord to be in the loop!
What is Discord?
Discord is chat app that you download on your phone and is used to connect with our community. We highly recommend you use Discord, since this is the way we communicate with our players. We have created specific channels for individual servers, events, memes, trade, and tribe recruitment.
Do you offer insurance for items obtained in the store?
Due to the nature of the game, this would be impossible. Remember, you are donating to the server and receiving credits for your donation. You are not buying items!
Is this community kid friendly?
To put it simply, no. Most of our players seem to be over the age of 16. We do not monitor or filter content on Discord, so this can get very adult themed. We do not screen players to find out their age, so nothing prevents kids from entering our servers, we just caution against it.
How do I know I won't be admin abused?
We promise NO admin abuse on our servers. The way we keep this promise is to keep our admin numbers very limited. There are only three admins (FacelessFreak, MsFacelessFreak, and Stea1thyPick1e). We take the game seriously and our goal is to keep the game as fair as possible.
What platforms do your servers support?
Xbox and PC. To join through PC, you must use Windows 10. Steam is not supported.
What types of problems do admins help with?
Admins are helpful, but will not be on 24/7. Admins will help with stuck dinos/characters and investigate cheating accusations. If you lose items or dinos we can NOT replace these items for any reason.
How do I find your servers?
Search under "Unoffical PC Sessions" for "LordoftheFlyers".
What do you consider "cheating"?
Duplication glitches, any intentional activity under the map or terrain, and using chairs or sleeping bags to gain access to otherwise inaccessible areas. If you are unsure, contact an admin and ask first!
Is this a non-profit organization?
No, we are an LLC and our goal is to make enough to cover server costs and get paid a little to cover the time it takes to manage the servers.
